Effective October 2019, each month SOFO will provide financial reports to the Presidents and Treasurers of chartered student organizations.
The reports provided are:
- Operating Summary
- Detail Transaction Report
- Agency Fund report (if applicable)
When reviewing your reports, it is important to remember that not all of your most recent transactions may be reflected. Financial transactions sometimes take weeks to be completed in the university’s financial systems.
The balances on your reports reflect transactions that were completed last month. Use the reports as a reference to reconcile against the receipts and documents you are maintaining for your organization.
