Federal employment law does not allow students to perform work for which they will be paid before they are officially hired, including submitting identity documents for the I-9 authorization form. If you plan to hire a student freelancer, you must submit this request as soon as possible so the hiring process can be initiated. This request should never be submitted after the work has been performed.

By clicking “I agree to these Terms” below, you confirm that you have made arrangements with the Student Freelancer whose name appears above, to perform the services detailed above, at the date(s) and location listed. The budget code you provided will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, according to the number of hours of work approved to be performed by the Student Freelancer.
When this form is submitted, all parties involved will receive notification of this request. Upon receipt of approvals from the Student Freelancer and any other approvers copied on the request, we will initiate the process to make payment for the services provided.
Any changes to this agreement should be made in writing, by responding to the confirmation/notification emails received when the form is submitted.
